Q: Why Intranet Connections?

At Intranet Connections, we’ve come full circle. After 20 years of growth and success, we are once again embracing our original purpose – to help employees collaborate more effectively. We want to make the workplace easier and better for everyone. Our focus is on creating amazing intranet software that makes it easy for people to work together.

Q: Is the name change indicative of other changes in your organization or ownership?

Our commitment to our customers and providing the best experience hasn’t changed. We are still committed to helping you, whether it be through sales or support. What has changed is our dedication to our core product: intranet software. With this name change, we want to show that we’re more devoted than ever before to creating great products for our users.

Q: Does a name change indicate a change in software?

We’ve got some exciting news! Our Push communications feature will be upgraded soon, making it easier to quickly send messages to your employees on different platforms like Teams, Slack, email, and SMS. Plus, you’ll be one step closer to the future of intranet software with Intranet 3.0. Get ready for all these changes this month – we can’t wait for you to see them!

Q: How do you think the branding represents the mission of Intranet Connection?

Our brand name better reflects our dedication to the intranet software space. It also fits in nicely with one of the main benefits we provide our customers: improved workplace connections.

Q: What do you hope the rebranding will accomplish for your existing and prospective customers?

At Creative Social Intranet, we make work easier and enhance connections with our intuitive intranet software. Our platform seamlessly integrates intranet, Push communications, and an internal communication framework to give you the perfect solution right out of the box. We’ve been trusted by customers for over 10, 15, and even 20 years – so let us help you reach your goals today!

Q: What characteristics do you believe have most contributed to your and the Creative Social Intranet team’s success?

At our company, we are dedicated to embodying our SPICED values: Simplicity, Positivity, Integrity, Creativity, Empathy, and Diversity. Our mottos—“Give to get” and “try new things”—help guide us in providing value for customers through generosity and innovation. We practice what we preach by using our own intranet software, training our employees on internal communications best practices, and keeping everyone informed about the organization’s progress. It’s important that we demonstrate these principles within our team so that each teammate feels connected and valued.

Q: What are the unique challenges of rebranding a company with a long and cherished history?

At Creative Social Intranet, we want to make sure that each customer knows how much we value and appreciate them. Our name may be changing, but our commitment to you is only getting stronger! We are dedicated to providing an even better partnership experience for our customers.

Q: What is going on with Source, Reach, and Drive?

Our intranet software has a new name – Creative Social Intranet Solution. Our multi-channel messaging tool is now called Push Communications, and our services and internal comms framework are interwoven into the support we provide our customers throughout their journey – from onboarding to optimization. We still offer Drive but it’s no longer referred to by that name. Enjoy all these features and more!

Q: Didn’t you recently rename your company Creative Social Intranet Thrive?

We understand that many of our customers and stakeholders still refer to us as Intranet Connections. That’s why we’ve decided to go back to our roots and rebrand ourselves – returning to the name Intranet Connections. This move was driven by listening to customer feedback, which is key to our success. We believe in keeping things simple and hope this change brings clarity and unity among our customers.
